These are the winter flowers of Lake Charles, specifically the downtown area.
It was a bright and sunny afternoon of chasing flowers throughout the buzzing streets of Mardi Gras.
Something important to throw out there is that my brain is organizing the flowers by types here but that won’t be the case on the walls of a gallery at Stellar Beans. I suppose that strong urge to organize them stems from my spiciness, I’m AuDHD, an example of organized chaos, if you will.
So, focus has double-meaning here, not only in the photos with their beautiful dance but in the way that it takes time and effort to focus. Especially on the things that matter most. Everything else it just a bonus book.
Anyway, I pic’d all these flowers for my momma for her birthday and now I get to share them with you.
